Pursuant to  Chapter IV, Rule 6 and Attachment VII of the ASEAN Foundation’s – Financial Rules and Procedures Manual, the Communication and Information Systems for the Control of Avian Influenza (CISCAI) instituted the use of the CISCAI  Electronic Procurement System  (CePS), among its  different project implementers, starting  August  2009.

The  CePS  was  developed in support to the ASEAN Foundation’s core  financial management processes.  It is also envisaged  that the CePS  will be able to enhance  the over-all  bidding  processes within the tenure  of the CISCAI project, by providing the   proper and secure venue  for all eligible service and product providers to participate.

The CISCAI e-Procurement System   was developed in-house by Mr. Bambang Wijayanto, CISCAI Systems Administrator, under the guidance and supervision of  Ms. Piranti Savitri, CISCAI Project Assistant   and concurrent Finance Officer.

Further guidelines and information  on the  CePS  can be gleaned from the following sites:
